1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scheduli.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

Scheduli provides crew scheduling, hitch planning, calendar views, PDF exports, and related workflow tools for field and operational teams.

3. Accounts and Access

  • Access is controlled by account email and activation or main code.
  • You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of personnel, crew, and schedule data entered into the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scheduli to:

  • Break the law or violate the rights of others.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, abuse, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Use the service in a way that exceeds purchased capacity or plan limits.

5. Plans and Limits

Paid and free plans include the same scheduling engine, while capacity limits differ by plan. If usage exceeds the allowed personnel limit, access to additional capacity may require an upgrade.

6. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or third-party provider disruptions may occasionally affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

Scheduli, its software, branding, interface, and related materials remain our property unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of the operational data you submit to the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, fraudulent activity, security threats, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scheduli is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including operational losses, lost profits, or scheduling errors resulting from user-entered data or external system failures.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
