- Account and contact details such as email address and selected plan.
- Workspace data such as personnel names, crew names, hitch cycles, markers, and exports.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, country estimate, login timestamps, and session activity.
- Support communications sent to info@scheduli.io.
- Billing-related information processed by Paddle for subscription management and payments.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Deliver activation codes, reset codes, and service-related emails.
- Operate scheduling dashboards, filters, exports, and plan management.
- Protect the platform against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Support customers, investigate issues, and improve the service.
- Manage subscriptions, renewals, and billing status.
4. Payments and Billing Providers
Subscription checkout and billing operations may be handled through Paddle or another approved payment provider. We do not store full payment card details inside Scheduli. Payment processing is governed by the applicable provider's privacy and security practices.
5. Sharing and Access
We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with service providers when needed to operate the platform, including infrastructure, email delivery, security tooling, and payment processing.
6. Data Retention
We keep account, workspace, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Deleted or closed workspaces may be removed from active systems within a reasonable operational period.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the service, including access controls, password/code hashing, monitoring, and infrastructure protections. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also keep their codes and access details private.
